The service includes:
Company registration and issuance of the Commercial Registration
Issuance and notarization of the electronic Articles of Incorporation
Opening tax files and registration with relevant government authorities
Preparation of all legal and procedural requirements to commence business operations
This is supported by advisory services to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Valid Saudi National ID for the owner or partners
- Verified National Address
- Verified contact information (mobile number and email)
- Trade name and business activity selection
- Articles of Incorporation (for companies, not sole proprietorships)
- Office lease agreement or business premises contract

For Saudi Companies Participating as Partners
- Commercial Registration of the partner company
- Articles of Incorporation / Articles of Association of the partner company
- Partners’ resolution approving the establishment of the new company
- Appointment of the company manager and definition of their authorities
- Ownership structure and shareholding percentages

Restrictions & Important Notes
