The service includes:
Selecting the optimal legal structure (Joint Stock Company, Limited Liability Company, branch of a foreign company, or partnership)
Obtaining investment licenses required to conduct business
Company registration and issuance of the Commercial Registration
Opening government, tax, and financial files
Establishing a compliant legal and administrative structure for efficient operations
Providing legal and administrative consultancy to ensure full compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations

Required Documents
A. Investor / Parent Company Documents
- Copy of valid passport for investors and managers
- National ID or residency permit (if applicable)
- Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Association of the parent company (if the investor is a legal entity)
- Board of Directors’ or partners’ resolution approving company formation in Egypt
- Official power of attorney authorizing a representative to complete legal procedures
B. Documents for Company Incorporation in Egypt
- Company incorporation application submitted to GAFI
- Trade name reservation
- Determination of capital and shareholders’ percentages
- Specification of the company’s business activity
- Articles of Incorporation executed in Egypt
- Registered office address and lease agreement or proof of ownership
- Brief business plan or activity description (for specific regulated activities)
- Approvals from regulatory authorities for restricted activities, if required
C. Authentication & Legalization
- Legalization of foreign documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issuance and the Egyptian Embassy
- Certified legal translation into Arabic or English, as required
