A. Investor / Parent Company Documents
- Copy of valid passport for investors and directors
- Copy of national ID or residency permit (if applicable)
- Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Association of the parent company (if the investor is a legal entity)
- Board of Directors’ or partners’ resolution approving company formation in Turkey
- Official power of attorney authorizing a company representative to complete all legal procedures
B. Company Incorporation Documents in Turkey
- Company incorporation application submitted to the Turkish Commercial Registry (Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü)
- Reservation of the company trade name
- Determination of capital and shareholders’ ownership percentages
- Specification of the company’s business activity
- Articles of Incorporation executed in Turkey
- Registered office address and lease agreement
- Business plan or activity description (required for certain regulated activities)
- Approvals from relevant regulatory authorities for restricted activities, if applicable
C. Authentication & Legalization
- Legalization of foreign documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issuance and the Turkish Embassy
- Certified legal translation into Turkish or English, as required by the Commercial Registry

Restrictions & Important Notes
- Certain activities require a local partner or special approval
- Some sectors require additional licenses, including: banking, insurance, transportation, healthcare, education, media, and energy
- Compliance with labor and residency laws for foreign employees
- Certain activities are subject to supervision by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Trade or other relevant authorities
